Finally a recipe! If you do a search for "Hakka" you'll find Hakka Yam balls (Suen Poon Chi) and Hakka Kocheung Dumplings as well. Not sure that my grandma's "yong tau foo" ever looked like that picture...but ummm...I shall have to try out the recipe
